First ten pages of student screenplays are assigned (use three-act story structure for outline) and due Monday on turnitin.com web site by 8:30 A.M.
History of scripting and the screenplay two-page analysis is due Friday (hard copy) in class; text to be analyzed is on Box (see right hand side of blog for Box downloads)
Two-minute movie assignment is due Wednesday
Screen Check #3 due tomorrow

Tuesday February 2
The Silence of the Lambs film screening Day One
Story structure Acts I, II and III is scheduled for The Silence of the Lambs
Screen Check #3 due by end of period

Wednesday February 3
The Silence of the Lambs film screening Day Two
Story structure Acts I, II and III is due by end of period for The Silence of the Lambs
Two-minute movie assignment is due (this assignment and three-page story structure provide prewriting for the first ten pages of screenplays due Monday)

Thursday February 4
Screenplay textbooks are required in class Thursday and Friday for outlining assignments (postponed from last week)
